Terms of use
These terms govern access to the Orion website, client platform, software files, licensing workflow, and support services.

Software license
Each order purchases a limited, personal, non-transferable, account-bound software license for the plan and term displayed at checkout. The Lifetime plan provides perpetual use of the purchased Orion V5 license on the registered account; updates and support remain available while Orion V5 is supported, and future major product versions are not automatically included. Access is not a transfer of ownership or intellectual property, and it does not purchase trading capital, a managed account, brokerage, copy trading, signals, investment advice, or a promise of return.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, bypass licensing, interfere with security, abuse tracking endpoints, impersonate another user, or use Orion in violation of applicable law.
Account security
You are responsible for your client account, email security, broker account, MT5 environment, settings, connectivity, and all activity under your credentials.
Payments and verification
No online payment method is currently enabled on the Orion website. Use only the price shown in the authenticated checkout and payment instructions supplied through its official support handoff. If online payment is enabled later, use only the exact asset, network, amount, and destination displayed in the official flow. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Funds sent using an incorrect asset, network, amount, or destination may be delayed or unrecoverable. An order is not treated as paid until the required amount and confirmations are received and matched to the order.
Digital delivery
Within 24 hours after payment confirmation, provided the required order information is complete, the account-bound license, download, and setup guidance are added to the customer’s client profile. The profile shows the order and access status. Delayed, incomplete, duplicate, or unmatched transactions may require the customer to provide additional information before the delivery period can begin.
Availability and updates
Orion may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue product features where reasonably necessary. Roadmap items do not create a guaranteed release commitment.
Trading risk and limitation
Orion is software and does not provide financial advice, brokerage, managed trading, or guaranteed returns. To the extent permitted by law, Orion is not responsible for trading losses, broker actions, connectivity failures, incorrect settings, market events, or indirect damages.
Disputes and applicable law
Raise any concern first through official email support so it can be reviewed in good faith. These terms operate subject to applicable law and do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
