Privacy policy
This policy describes the categories of information Orion may process through its public website, analytics service, client portal, licensing workflow, payment verification, and support channels.
Effective date and contact
Effective date: 29 July 2026. For privacy questions and applicable access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@orionscalper.com.
Information processed
Orion may process pseudonymous browser, visitor, and session identifiers, page and CTA events, UTM campaign information, referrer data, approximate region information supplied by hosting infrastructure, consent choices, and Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.
When you create an account or purchase access, Orion may process your name, email, country, Telegram username, plan, payment method, payment status, transaction reference, license assignment, account binding, support messages, and product activity needed to operate the service.
IP addresses and infrastructure
Orion’s application is designed not to intentionally persist raw IP addresses in its analytics database. Infrastructure providers—including hosting, security, database, website, and advertising providers—may process network information to deliver their services.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate analytics, prevent abuse, manage accounts and licenses, verify payments, deliver product access, improve the website, provide support, measure campaigns, meet legal obligations, and protect Orion and its users.
Payment providers
When a customer chooses a third-party payment service, that provider may independently process wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, device and network information, fraud signals, and identity or compliance information under its own privacy policy. Orion receives the order and payment-status information needed to match the transaction, deliver the license, provide support, maintain accounting records, and handle disputes.
Retention and requests
Records are retained only as reasonably required for operations, security, accounting, support, licensing, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Contact official email support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
